The short version: free U.S. shipping on every order · made to order in about 2-3 weeks (carving + photo approval + finishing) · delivered in another 3-7 business days · contiguous U.S. · tracking emailed on every order.

Order processing
Every piece is made to order. Processing takes 7-10 days of cutting and carving, then your photo approval, then about 7 days of finishing and crating. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.

Delivery times are estimates in business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays); carrier delays outside our control can occasionally add time.
Where your order ships from
Every piece is handcrafted to order by our partner artisan workshops in Vietnam and China and shipped directly to you from there with tracking.
Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses in the contiguous United States. Contact us for a quote to Alaska, Hawaii or international addresses. We do not ship to freight forwarders.
Order tracking
As soon as your order ships we email you a tracking link. Please allow up to 24 hours for the first scan. If tracking has not updated for more than 5 business days, contact us and we will chase the carrier for you.
Incorrect address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email support@tlcshopkittanning.com as soon as possible - we can usually fix it before the order ships. Once shipped, a delivery cannot be redirected.
Lost, damaged, or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, contains the wrong item, or never arrives - we repair, replace or refund it, at no cost to you.
