Why we work this way
TLC Shop is a small furniture business based in Kittanning, PA. We design and select solid-wood pieces and work directly with experienced artisan workshops in Vietnam and China, where every order is cut, carved and finished by hand.
We stay between you and the bench: before the final finish goes on, we send you photos of your piece and wait for your OK - nothing ships until you are happy with it.
No warehouse, no mass production - one room at a time, with a real person on email the whole way.
How an order works
